Registration regulations of
National English Education Debate (NEED) UMY 2013:
1.
NEED
UMY 2013 affords 32 teams only.
2.
Each
institution or university may only send three teams maximally. The first two teams
will be in main list, and the other will be in waiting list.
3.
The
team should complete the registration form.
4.
Make
sure the registration form is well completed and sent to needumy2013@gmail.com. The student card copy must be attached. Here is the
format of file name of registration form and the email subject: REGISTRATION_Campus. For instance:
REGISTRATION_UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA.
5.
Registration
is opened from 23 April to 11 June 2013.
6.
Main
list and waiting list teams are announced on 12 June 2013 on our official blog.
7.
Main
list teams are requested to make payment of registration fee and send the scan of transfer receipt on 12 – 16 June 2013.
8.
Waiting
list teams have a chance to be in the main list once any of those in the main
list withdraw or any space left in main list. It will be announced on 17 June
and you are requested to make payment of registration fee and send the scan of
transfer receipt from 17 to 20 June 2013.
9.
Kindly send the registration fee of IDR 400.000 to BRI 3586 Unit Ngestiharjo
Bantul 3586-01-015059-53-6 account holder Dani Ratrianasari..
10. Kindly inform us about the sending payment by texting
message to Yuli Fitri Yanti (+6285747915669) with the format: Name of
leader_Campus_Team_400.000. For instance: Ayum_UMY_A_400.000.
11. Scan the proof of transfer and email it to needumy2013@gmail.com with the subject: TRANSFER-PROOF_Name of
Leader_Campus_Team. For example: TRANSFER-PROOF_Ayum_ Universitas Muhammadiyah
Yogyakarta_Team-A.
12. Only teams that have confirmed the payment
and sent the payment copy are considered to be in fixed list team.
13. We are going to announce the teams being
in the 32 fixed teams on our official blog on 21 June 2013.
