Main List of NEED UMY 2013

We are happy to have your participation in our debate competition.

We are really sorry that we could only accommodate 28 teams in the main list. Those in waiting list might also have the chance to join NEED UMY 2013 provided any of teams in the main list cancel their participation. The committee will update the information concerning on the space availability starting on 17 June 2013.

The followings are steps the teams in main list need to do to complete the registration procedure:

1.      You are requested to make payment of registration fee of IDR 400.000 to BRI 3586 Unit Ngestiharjo Bantul 3586-01-015059-53-6 account holder Dani Ratrianasari.

2.      Kindly inform us about payment by texting message to Yuli Fitri Yanti (+6285747915669) with the format: Name of leader_Campus_Team_400.000. For instance: Ayum_UMY_A_400.000.

3.      Scan the proof of transfer and email it to needumy2013@gmail.com  on 12 – 16 June 2013. The email subject should be: TRANSFER_PROOF_Name of Leader_Campus_Team. For example:  TRANSFER_PROOF_Ayum_Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta_A.

4.      You are requested to fill re-registration form and send it along with the scan of transfer proof.

5.      Teams that do not complete registration procedure including registration fee settlement on 12-16 June 2013 are considered as withdrawing from this debate competition.

6.      Only teams that have confirmed the payment and sent the payment copy are considered to be in fixed team list.
